Ivan owns the Columbia branch and runs most jobs himself, from the on-site estimate through the final coat. When he isn’t the project manager on your job, it’s a project manager he has trained and trusts. And every crew that shows up is a team of experienced painters he has worked with for years.

A South Carolina exterior takes a beating from UV, humidity, pollen, and the occasional pop-up storm. We prep every surface properly before a drop of finish goes on. Every Palmetto exterior gets washed, scraped, sanded, caulked, and primed before the first coat of finish goes on. We use Sherwin-Williams Emerald and Duration on siding, premium oil-bond primers on bare wood, and acrylic enamels on trim and shutters. Two full coats, hand-brushed where the eye sees it. The result is a finish that stays sharp through five Columbia summers, not two.
