Our process is a full disassembly, deep degrease, mechanical sand, two-coat primer, and two coats of hardening cabinet enamel sprayed in our shop. Boxes stay in place but get fully masked and sprayed on-site. Hardware is updated, doors come back perfectly aligned, and the finish is hard enough to take a fingernail without marking.
